We use tallow rendered from grass fed cows raised on Non-GMO, Kosher, Organic farms. Our oils are infused with whole, clean minerals, herbs, flowers, and spices in The Bubbie's Kitchen. Olive oils are organic cold pressed . Other oils used are certified organic, cultivated, and made in America.

On occasion packages get lost or damaged in transit from our kitchen to your home. Should you receive a damaged package, please, send photos of the damage to: Connect@TheBubbiesKitchen.com We do send out packages with postal insurance when mailed priority mail.
Remember: Products are not for open wounds. Keep cool. Do not heat. Do not leave in the heat or sun.

2- If you receive the package and have a change of heart, we are only able to refund the cost, less the shipping amount. (ALL shipping fees are paid directly to the U.S. Postal Service through our website server.
3 - If you receive your package, open it, use the products, and decide you want a refund, we are very sorry. Due to Health & Safety regulations, we can not take back any opened/used products. We are a small farm community store and do not have the resources like Amazon and other big box stores. While we do hope you enjoy your products our small farm community isn't able to sustain when people have a change of heart or just decide they no long want something. We thank you for understanding.
