So many questions, but we are mostly asked how we keep our products at such an affordable price?!?

RLT delivers specific wavelengths of light to improve the function of the mitochondria (the powerhouses of your cells). Studies have shown it may help skin, muscle tissue, and other parts of your body. Red light therapy is also commonly referred to as low-level laser therapy  LLLT), low-power laser therapy (LPLT), and phot biomodulation (PBM).    

Both red light at 660nm and near infrared light at 850nm have been shown to enhance cellular function.

The primary difference is that NIR has been shown to penetrate deeper than red light.

Because of this:

• Red light is better for skin issues
• NIR is better for deeper tissues like muscle and joints.

When in doubt, we recommend using the combined mode with both NIR + Red.

LED based Red light therapy is generally considered safe, although it is important you choose a reputable brand that has conducted quality assurance tests. Just like there is no one size fits all with nutrition, we all respond differently to light. Some of us can benefit from a lot of red light, whereas others are more sensitive. 

We recommend you check with your healthcare provider before starting, and start low, e.g. 3-4 minutes, and observe how you respond.

 Eye protection should always be used when operating any Red Light Therapy.

Do not stare directly at the LEDs.

If your eyes are sensitive to light or if you take medications that cause photosensitivity, consult a medical professional prior to use. 

 You should clean your skin, face, and remove any makeup or SPF products before using red light therapy. 

 You should wear eye protection or sunglasses during a red light therapy session.

 We don't advise you shine the Red Light Therapy through clothing. However, you can wear clothes over areas not being treated. Basically,  it works best on exposed skin that is not being covered!

Red light therapy immediately affects the skin, but the device must be used consistently to see a visible difference. Most people see visible results after around three weeks of 15-20 minute use three to five times a week.

 Everyone is different, and factors like ambient temperature and skin tolerance play a role. While some may find it comfortable, we generally recommend keeping the back of your Red Light Therapy uncovered during use, as covering it with a heavy blanket or thick clothing may cause the device to overheat  Unless the RLT has been given a backing, such as the RLT Belts. 

Using RLT under heavy clothes  or blankets could give a sauna effect.

YES! While we do recommend you protect their eye and not place the RLT directly on their skin, I have used RLY with my own family and the collective kiddos in our family!

• Do not use the device if you are photosensitive
• Do not use the device if using topical, oral, or injectable steroids.
• Do not use the device during the healing period post LASIK eye surgery.

There a difference in EMF emissions between LED and infrared red light therapy.

 While Both types emit non-ionizing radiation, the EMF emissions are more about the electronic components and design rather than the light form itself and are typically found with 4G and 5G components. We DO NOT purchase ANY RLT with any G components.

 Unlike the cancer-causing ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun or tanning booths,  our Red Light Therapy doesn't use this type of light. However, if products are misused — perhaps used too often or not according to directions — there's a chance your skin or eyes (if not protected) could be damaged. 

Our red light therapy bulbs offer blue light blocking technologies, so you can rest easy knowing that your skin is fully shielded from circadian-disrupting artificial light at night.

Protecting your eyes from the harmful effects of blue light is an important first step, but it's not enough. Our skin and other external surfaces are also vulnerable to the high levels of blue and green light that many modern LED lights emit, which can lead to disrupted sleep patterns and circadian rhythms. To help ensure that you receive all of the crucial benefits of blue blocking lighting products, we have designed and tested our products for zero flicker and complete absence of any blue light.

When we decided to add RLT products to our shop, we looked at utilizing the same distributor as many of our competitors. We chose to work with the Lee Family who makes and provides our RLT products by ethical means that align with our beliefs. The Lee family are a Christians who do not utilize any child labor (forced or under wage workers), they keep a clean warehouse, and ethically source their materials. Our family knows the Lee family personally as we hosted an exchange student over a decade ago. The family we work with is in ministry and part of the Chinese underground church. 

Many don't know that when a company has foreign products shipped to New Jersey to have them assembled there, the company can then  classify those products  as Made in the USA! 

RLT lumen bulbs are exclusively made in China and shipped to the US. While we do have items assembled in NJ like our competitors, we have chosen to be transparent about our RLT products, components and all  of our packaging is generic so that we are able to pass on bigger savings to our customers!

Refunds that Qualify:

1- If you get use before the shipping has taken place, we can refund your money. 

2- If you receive the package and  have a change of heart, we are only able to refund the cost, less the shipping amount. (ALL shipping fees are paid directly to the U.S. Postal Service through our website server.

3 - If you receive your package, open it, use the products, and decide you want a refund, we are very sorry. Due to Health & Safety regulations, we can not take back any opened/used products. We are a small farm community store and do not have the resources like Amazon and other big box stores. While we do hope you enjoy your products our small farm community isn't able to sustain when people have a change of heart or just decide they no long want something. We thank you for understanding.
